    • Orders placed through the Fern & Roby website will be shipped in 3-5 business days.

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your package.

    • Domestic shipping is free and international shipping is $75 for Fern & Roby audio accessories and live well products not including the equipment racks.

    • Equipment (such as turntables, speakers, amps, and dacs), larger accessories (such as our equipment racks), and audio cables will be subject to shipping costs for both domestic and international orders. Contact us at info@fernandroby.com for a quote.

    • Local pickup at our listening room in Richmond, VA is free for all orders. Email us at info@fernandroby.com to select this option and coordinate a pickup time.

    • We work to reduce our impact on the planet through carbon neutral shipping and reusing packaging materials when possible.

  • We offer a 14-day audition period for limited products made by Fern & Roby during which you can return your Fern & Roby speakers or amplifier for any reason.

    This program is subject to the following conditions:

    • Payment in full for the products covered by this program.

    • Our payment processor does not refund processing fees, therefore all returns will incorporate a 3.5% fee for the original transaction and also for the refund deducted from the refund.

    • 14-day time period for the home trial begins upon receipt of product.

    • Return can be for any reason, but you must call or email within the given time period for return authorization.

    • Equipment must be returned in as-new condition, or you may be liable for repair costs or re-stocking fees.

    • Returns must be shipped within one week of receiving the return authorization.

    • Customers (US & International) are responsible for all shipping charges, outbound and return.

    • International returns must be shipped to us with all shipping and customs brokerage fees prepaid.

    • Shipping charges, customs fees, and customs brokerage fees will not be refunded or reimbursed.

    • Original purchase funds will be processed within five business days of the receipt of the unit.

    • Sales that involve a trade-in are final and cannot be combined with other discounts.

    • Sales that involve a package discount with other products are final.

    • Sales of b-stock, demo, or trade-in units are final.

    • Fern & Roby (F&R) products are covered by a limited three-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Any repairs required due to manufacturer’s defect will be made at no charge within the first three years after purchase as a new unit.

    • This warranty is transferable to new owners within the original warranty period.

    • To obtain warranty repair service, authorization must be obtained prior to shipping the product to F&R. Contact info@fernandroby.com to obtain authorization.

    • F&R will cover shipping costs for warranty repairs for original owners, based in the US, within 60 days of receipt of the product. After 60 days from receipt, shipping costs are the responsibility of the F&R product owner. All shipping costs are the responsibility of subsequent non-original owners and customers outside the United States.

    • This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from: physical abuse, accident or neglect; transport once in possession of purchaser; unauthorized alterations or repairs; tube rolling or adapter use; the use of third-party components.

    • The warranty is void if the serial number has been removed, altered, or defaced.

    • This warranty is void if improper voltage is applied to any input or output.

    • If F&R determines after receiving the unit that damage was misrepresented and has been caused by something not covered by the warranty, the customer must pay for any necessary repairs before the unit is returned to the customer.

    • F&R reserves the right to improve or change its products without obligation to modify previously manufactured units.
